Each tenant has a single room with access to communal spaces. Washing machine inside the flat or access to laundry in the building. No storage space available except for wardrobes and cupboards in the flats.
Kindly note that the buildings on this adress are of older standard and renovations have not been made by the property owner of recent times. Therefor the interior standard is below average, which is also reflected in lower rent levels.

Kundcenter Utlanda is in charge of the keys. You collect the keys at Kundcenter Utlanda on arrival and return them to the same at departure. Should you lose any of your keys, we have to change the lock and you will be charged for this.
Please report any faults to your Kundcenter or to the caretaker at Bostads AB Poseidon. When reporting faults by e-mail, do not forget to give us your address and telephone number. Most of the faults are taken care of by Bostads AB Poseidon. You can visit the caretaker at Bobutiken in Frölunda Torg.
Should a serious problem, such as a water pipe breaking etc. occur nights and weekends, please call the number below. However, do not call if it is not absolutely necessary - this may result in an unnecessary dispatch which you may be liable to pay for.

In case of fire
Should there be a fire in the building, call the emergency number 112 and stay in your room (unless it’s burning in your own room/corridor). Do not go out in a smoke-filled corridor or staircase.

Check that all listed items are in your flat. If any piece of the equipment is missing or broken, please contact your Kundcenter immediately on arrival.
Cleaning equipment in each apartment, such as vacuum cleaner, brush, mop, sponge and detergent.
Items not included: sheets, towels, light bulbs.
Not cleaned when you move in
The flat is inspected before your arrival. However, we do not inspect cleaning after the previous tenant. Please contact your Kundcenter immediately on arrival, if you are dissatisfied with the previous tenant’s cleaning.

Kundcenter Utlanda can help you during office hours. We charge a service fee for lock opening.

Please book your washing hours with a lock, which is inserted into a booking board in the laundry. To enter the laundry, please use your entrance/corridor key or the key marked with a T. The laundry may be used between 8 am and 8 pm weekdays and 8 am to 5 pm Saturdays.
Wardrobes and cupboards in the apartments
You have access to one wardrobe in the living room, one cabinet in the toilet and one in the kitchen. The wardrobe and the cabinets are marked with your room number and you can lock all of these.
There are rubbish chutes for compostable/non compostable household waste in the building, a recycling station outside the building close to the parking places, and a separate (grey) building for bulky waste.
Please follow the instruction for waste sorting found in the apartment.
The rooms have a wireless Internet connection managed by SGS Computer Network Office. Your will receive a code needed for Internet access in your registered e-mail account on arrival. General information about Internet connection is found under Internet on the start page under the CIS website.
