The street was named after Alrik Lindh. Dr Lindh was a surgeon at Sahlgrenska Hospital in the end of the 19th Century. The Guldheden district is located just southwest of central Göteborg and was rebuilt in 1949 – 53. At nearby Dr. Fries Square there are service shops. Close to Chalmers and Sahlgrenska.

SGS Studentbostäder does not own these apartments but rents them from another property owner. SGS in turn, rents these to students. This means that you as a tenant will live in a building among non-students.
In the rental relations between SGS and the property owner, SGS is not responsible for repairs or maintenance in the property. Instead, SGS forwards fault reports to the property owner. This may lead to longer processing time compared to if you lived in an apartment owned by SGS.
Many of the areas were built during the 1950’ and 60’s which means that the state of the apartments may vary.
It is of utmost importance that you check the apartment before you decide to accept the housing offer.

Do not block the cleaning store inside.
You have one lockable wardrobe each in the corridor, the room key fits.

The waste storage room is at the entrance floor.
Laundry
The laundry is at the entrance floor. Book your washing shift with the booking cylinder. The washing hours are between 7 am and 10 pm and the electricity will be switched off at 10 pm.
Internet
Internet through fiber optics is installed in the rooms/apartments with the speed of 250/100mbit. You access internet by connecting your computer to the router placed in the room/apartment via an internet cable. The Internet fee is charged through the rental invoice.
